ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Echuca Chocolate Company is a chocolate shop in Echuca (regional Victoria, Australia). They create a range of Belgian chocolate treats and bars, lollies and liqueurs. It's all seriously delicious, so if you're a sweet tooth - check them out here.
HOW WE ACHIEVED SUCCESS:
STAGE ONE - CONTENT & SOCIALS
To achieve fantastic online sales, we knew we needed to get our hands (and tastebuds) on their products, and capture engaging content. Being a luxury brand, it was (and still is) essential that their content reflects the quality of their products. Choc Co's organic social media needed a revamp, so we prioritised implementing a cohesive strategy to build up their engagement. Through this period, we reached up to $3k monthly online sales.
STAGE TWO - META ADS
As soon as the Choc Co team indicated they were ready for more growth, we kicked things up a notch. By implementing a cohesive strategy across their socials, content and Meta Ads, we've since taken their monthly online sales to over $10k.
THEIR GOALS & CHALLENGES:
As a small retail brand in a tourist-driven town, their number one goal was to increase online sales. Amongst local markets, they had a great reputation - but were hungry for greater sales and to expand beyond relying on local and tourism trade. Importantly, they had a fantastic range of high quality products. The month prior to starting work with us, they had just ticked over $300 in online sales. We were essentially starting from scratch, so we knew we had our work cut out for us!
Moving forward, we'll be implementing more innovative content and ads strategies to further grow their online sales and profits. With more User Generated Content and incremental increases to their ads budgets, we're excited to continue growing Choc Co's business and online income.
